We ship to the United States only, due to contractual obligations with our vendors.
Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping will be applied to each order over $89.99, before taxes shipping insurance and shipping charges, unless otherwise stated in any promotional offer. Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) and certain remote areas do not qualify for express shipping or free shipping. Express shipping options may not be available during peak season.
"Bulky" or "Oversized items don't qualify for free shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive.
We provide a shipping estimator on every item in our store. This is a guide and does not include weather conditions or anything beyond our control.
Generally economy shipments arrive within 3-12 business days. You do have the option of selecting a faster service at your added expense.
- Second Day: Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.
- Next Day: Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order that ships out Friday would be delivered Monday.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an electronic tracking number via e-mail
Returns & Refunds
All canceled and returned orders will occur a 3% transaction fee.
Return Window
For all regular or promotional priced items, our return window is 30-day from the day you receive your order. Items marked "Final Sale", "Non Current" or discontinued are not eligible for return or exchange, and are not refundable.
Other items that are not eligible for return or exchange, and are not refundable, include the following items.
- Decals & body parts
- Pump parts
- Electronics & electrical parts
- Hazardous material and material containing chemicals (paint, primer, grease, solvent, lubricant, sealant, silicone, glue, cleaner, stabilizer, oils, batteries, etc.).
Return Condition
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, literature/documentation, and accessories included. Tried it on a ride? If it's used, it unfortunately can't come back.
Note that the original shipping charges and any applicable taxes on the original shipping charges will not be refunded, except in case of an error by The Sea-Doo Outlet. This included shipping charges for orders that ship free.
Return Process
Login to your account, and use our self service return module.
Upon completion we will email you a prepaid printable label and your return confirmation. Each of our return mailing labels corresponds to a specific shipment. To ensure you get the right refund, please avoid mixing items from different orders or separate shipments from the same order in one box. Remember, every shipment needs its own dedicated mailing label.
Attach the return label to your package, covering the original shipping label. For returns with USPS had that package to your mail carrier or bring the package to your local post office. For UPS packages, take the package to your closest USP drop of point.
Sale Policy
The manufacturer of our products (aka the brands themselves) are the ones who set the prices for our products, which means they also set our sale prices and the timeframe in which those sales take place.
Because of this, the only way you can receive a sale price on an item you purchased outside of a current sale is by returning the item and purchasing a new one; please note that we will not be able to offer you a refund on your returned item until we receive it. We also cannot hold an item for you to purchase while we wait for your item to be received, so you may risk an item selling out before you are able to reorder if you try to wait until your order is received and refunded before placing another order.
If you would like to place an order for the item at the sale price please do so via a regular transaction, please do not try to call to place an order as we have an increased number of calls during sales and the holiday season and we may not be able to answer your call right away, therefore delaying your order and increasing the likelihood if the item selling out before you are able to place an order for it. After you've placed your order and are ready to return your item please do so by following the instructions in our Return Policy.
Damaged Goods.
Keep all original shipping containers and take pictures. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) We will assist with these claims and ask that customers be patient.
Refunds
All returns will incur a 3% processing fee.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
